Straka relapsed in Florida shootout

Sepp Straka slipped far down the rankings in the second of three rounds at the $3.8 million QBE Shootout in Naples, Fla. The 29-year-old Austrian played just one round of 69 (3 under par) alongside American Brian Harman in the Alternate Shot competition on Saturday, slipping from fourth to shared eleventh and last place. At the start, the duo impressed with a lap of 60 in scramble mode.

The deficit to the Americans Charley Hoffman and Ryan Palmer, who are in the lead, is eleven strokes. The three-day tournament, part of the PGA Tour, sees twelve teams of two compete once morest each other in the formats Scramble, Alternate Shot and Fourballs.
