While he was with friends in the streets of Brussels, shooting a video broadcast live on Twitch, the French streamer Pape San was attacked by a passerby at the Barrière de Saint-Gilles. A young man indeed ran straight at him to steal his branded cap, all under the eyes of Pape San subscribers. The Frenchman started running following his attacker but he mightn’t catch up with him.
Pape San then met the police, to whom he explained his misadventure. The agents invited him to go to the police station. On X (formerly Twitter), Internet users shared excerpts from Pape San’s live where we see the attack. They set out to find the thief, whose face we see at some point during the live.
