Luanda, October 24 / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Ali Rashid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Parliamentary Division Group of the Federal National Council of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, discussed with Her Excellency Tulia Exon, Speaker of Parliament in the Republic of Tanzania, ways to strengthen and develop parliamentary relations between the two sides.
This came on the sidelines of participation in the meetings of the 147th General Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, hosted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Angola in the capital, Luanda.
During the meeting, which was attended by His Excellency Sarah Muhammad Falaknaz and His Excellency Marwan Obaid Al Muhairi, members of the UAE Parliamentary Division, the UAE’s hosting of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and the parliamentary conference accompanying “COP28” organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union, was also discussed. In cooperation with the Federal National Council.
