Sturm Graz has given Bryan Teixeira on loan to the German second division soccer team 1. FC Magdeburg. The 23-year-old striker, who is currently playing for Cape Verde in the Africa Cup, made ten Bundesliga appearances in the autumn and failed to score. “Bryan needs more playing time for his further development than we can currently guarantee him – that’s why we have complied with his request for a change,” explained Sturm’s sports director Andreas Schicker.
The second-placed team had previously loaned out midfielder Vesel Demaku (SCR Altach) and striker Mohammed Fuseini (Randers FC/DEN).
