Al-Marsad newspaper: The civil aviation spokeswoman explained the mechanism for filing a complaint once morest airline companies in the Kingdom.
She said during an interview with Al-Arabiya channel: “The General Aviation Authority has established a clear mechanism for passengers to submit complaints easily and conveniently, and the goal of this mechanism is for the traveler to obtain his rights, and at the same time the complaint is reviewed by the carriers and addressed at the same time.”
She added, when the traveler faces any problem or challenge during the trip, he must report it to the air carrier, which is the service provider, and if the treatment is not completed within 7 days, the traveler can file a complaint with the authority.
