The Rapid Support Forces said, on its official Twitter account:

• The Sudanese Rapid Support Forces call upon the honorable citizens that, within the framework of the request of the United Nations and the desire of the forces to facilitate part of people’s lives, they announce that they will allow safe paths and humanitarian cases for citizens, from now for a period of four hours.
