- The Sudanese Armed Forces agree to the United Nations proposal to open safe paths for humanitarian cases, for a period of three hours.
- The conquest will begin at four o’clock this afternoon, provided that this does not negate its right to respond in the event of any transgressions by the rebel militia.”
What did the Rapid Support Forces say?
The Rapid Support Forces said, on its official Twitter account:
- The Sudanese Rapid Support Forces call upon the honorable citizens that, within the framework of the request of the United Nations and the desire of the forces to facilitate part of people’s lives, they announce that they will allow safe paths and humanitarian cases for citizens, from now for a period of four hours.
- While we reserve our right to protect citizens and our right to respond to any attacks by the putschists and militias of the former regime.
