Kochi> Sudarsh Namboothiri, a foreign Malayalee employee, is in police custody. The action was taken in a case registered by the Kakkanad Infopark Police on a complaint of insulting womanhood. The court rejected his anticipatory bail plea. Following this, Thiruvananthapuram Medical College Police took custody of Marunadan Malayali from his Thiruvananthapuram office on Wednesday. Sudarsh Namboothiri was handed over to Kakkanad Infopark Police on Thursday morning for further action. An FIR has been registered against him here.
