Soft drinks pose a great danger to oral health, as they contain a high percentage of sugars, which cause tooth decay, bad breath, and gingivitis.

3- Lemon juice
Despite the high nutritional value of lemon juice, it is faulty that it contains high levels of acids, which lead to erosion of tooth enamel, and it becomes more dangerous to oral health, if a lot of sugar is added to it.
4- Canned juices
Canned juices have negative effects on oral health, and the reason is due to their high sugar content, which increases the activity of bacteria and encourages them to multiply and grow, which leads to caries and gingivitis.
5- Cane juice
The mouth should be rinsed well with running water or medical rinsing after consuming cane juice, because it contains high levels of sugars, part of which remains accumulated on the surface of the teeth and gums.
