New York ∙ Kottayam-Pallam Poiyakara Sunny David (79) passed away in New York. The deceased had been living a leisurely life in Glen Oaks, New York for the past few years and came to America in 1984. Conducted business on Long Island. Seaford is a CSI parishioner. Wife Pyari Preeti (Pharmacist) and Preeja (All State Insurance) are children. Nephews: Matthew Joshua (New York State Finance Department), Joel George (New York City Transit Engineer). Grandchildren Jaimie, Jaycee, Jayden, Jimmy, Kaitlyn and Aaron.
A public viewing will be held at the CSI Malayalam Congregation of Greater New York church in Seaford (3833 Jerusalem Avenue, Seaford, NY 11783) on Friday, December 2 from 5 to 9 p.m., and a funeral service will be held at the same church on Saturday, December 3 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Interment Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at All Saints Cemetery, Great Neck (All Saints Cemetery, 855 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, NY 11024).
