Many games are coming to the Nintendo Switch, enough to support console sales for a few more months.
A 40-minute Nintendo Direct conference took place this Wednesday, June 21. The Japanese brand has made plenty of announcements, particularly regarding the Switch games that will arrive this year. What stands out is a desire to capitalize on the most popular franchises like Mario and Pokémon, without restricting players to these universes.
Nintendo Mario Bros. Wonder
A 2D Mario game like the good old days, it’s coming to the Switch on October 20:
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Wave 5 (Summer 2023)
New characters and a new circuit are coming in wave 5:
Super Mario RPG sur Nintendo Switch
Nintendo is preparing a remake of the very first RPG in the Super Mario series. It is expected on the Switch at the end of the year:
Other important novelties are expected: Princess Peach in 2024 and a remake of Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon also in 2024.
Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet
Nintendo gives us a first look at the DLC (paid) of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, called “The buried treasure of Zone Zero”:
