Manila – A super typhoon is moving towards the Philippines: The tropical storm “Doksuri”, which is currently raging over the Pacific, might still reach the Babuyan Islands in the north of the island state on Tuesday evening (local time) or during Wednesday, the local weather service Pagasa said.
