Supplementary health insurance benefits are not guaranteed

A question that is all the more legitimate when we note that it is not rare that the services supposed to be provided in this context by hospitals are not. And contrary to popular belief, supplementary insurance is not taken out only by the wealthy classes, but also by many ordinary citizens, concerned regarding their health and their care.
