Kolda, March 18 (APS) – Bassirou Diomaye Faye, candidate of the “DiomayePresident” coalition, promised Monday in Kolda (south) to set up a Support Fund for crafts worth 5 billion CFA francs , if he is elected President of the Republic, on March 24.
”We will support crafts once elected, from the first years. We are going to set up a support fund of 5 billion CFA francs dedicated to this sector,” declared Bassirou Diomaye Faye, during a caravan organized by her coalition in the arteries of the city of Kolda where she was welcomed by a cheering crowd.
”Craftsmanship brings together 120 trades and craftsmen are excluded from public procurement. Here in Kolda, I promise you, if you choose to vote for the Diomaye President coalition, technical training centers and economic zones designed to develop the craft sector,” he added in the presence of the leader of Pastef. , Ousmane Sonko.
“There is energy in Kolda and people committed to the cause of our change project. What is needed is to transform this energy into creating job opportunities. We are going to create developed and economic zones, training centers, to support young people and women, in each department of Senegal,” he insisted.
Coalition candidate Diomaye President called on his activists to mobilize to ensure victory in the first round.
