It should be noted that the Election Commission had ordered re-polling on the request of the opposition candidate Asghar Khan Achakzai, while ordering re-polling, the Election Commission had withdrawn the notification of the success of the Speaker.

On which the DG Law Election Commission said that only the 12 polling stations requested for high turnout were seen.

Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that the Election Commission should have re-enquired the entire constituency. If the Election Commission had done its work, people would not have had to come to court.
