SWDE Flooding Incident in Tubize: Emergency Response and Repair Updates

Flooding was noted in eight homes during work carried out on Sunday morning by the Walloon water company (SWDE) in Tubize, we learned from the Walloon Brabant emergency zone.

Walloon Brabant firefighters were called to intervene, Sunday morning around 9:00 a.m., in a home located along Boulevard Georges Deryck, in Tubize.

The cellar of the house was flooded due to a technical problem encountered by SWDE agents on their road site. Once on scene, firefighters noticed that the cellars of seven other buildings were also flooded.
