In December 2022, Sweden, Germany and the United Kingdom announced their intention to jointly acquire 436 high mobility vehicles [VHM] Track Car Protected [BvS] 10 with BAE Systems Hägglunds, as part of the “CATV [Collaborative All-Terrain Vehicle] for around 710 million euros.

However, Berlin intends to go further. In addition, Berlin also has notification of a contract worth 770 million euros to Rheinmetall and Krauss-Maffeu Wegmann for the modernization of 143 “Puma” armored infantry fighting vehicles.
