You need to switch before September 19, 2023 to a Microsoft account:
Since 2021, millions of Java Edition players have migrated from their old accounts to Microsoft accounts,” says Mojang. “However, this transition was not destined to last, and now the migration period is coming to an end. Non-migrated Mojang accounts will not be able to login to Minecraft.net or Minecraft Launcher to migrate.
