The General Directorate of State Security in the Bekaa arrested the Syrian (M.S.), who was practicing dentistry in the clinic of the Lebanese doctor (A.J.) in the town of Souiri without a permit.
The clinic was sealed with red wax, and M.S. was referred to the competent judiciary.
