The provisions of the decision include compensating the employer for the expenses of returning the body in the event of the death of the worker, or in the event of the absence of “escape” or the worker’s refusal to work, in addition to the expenses of bringing in an alternative domestic worker in the event of death, disability to work, or chronic and critical illnesses.
