She added, “Those who suffer from allergies should limit the intake of honey. It is true that the number of these people may be limited, but we must know that the symptoms of allergies can be very different. In particular, allergies can appear in the form of rashes, blisters, itching and inflammation. nose, angioedema and even anaphylactic shock, as well as causing breathing problems.”

She explained: “Some may experience painful bloating, cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. In more complex cases, honey may cause headaches, dizziness and even fainting. An allergic person can react differently to different types of honey: some are well tolerated, others are allergic.
