In the second main round of the Jernas Open, Qatari Mohammed Madi Al-Hajri achieved first place with the bird “Dharb” with a time of 21,514 seconds, followed by the “F3” team with the bird “H52” with 21,752 seconds, and thirdly Sweidan Bin Demathan with the bird “Nun” with 21,766 seconds, and in “Shaheen” competitions. The M7 team won the first main round, Farkh, with the bird “Marabat” with a time of 18,742 seconds, followed by Saeed Ateeq Al Rumaithi with the bird “Abbot” with 19,448 seconds, and thirdly the Al Wasl team with the bird “S44” with 19,743 seconds.
And Saeed Ateeq Al-Rumaithi excelled in the first main round, Jernas, with the “12” bird, with a time of 21,407 seconds, followed by Saeed Hilal Al-Mansouri with the “lost” bird with 21,567 seconds, and thirdly the “M7” team with the “S3” bird with 21,781 seconds.
In the second main round, Farkh, the Al-Fursan team excelled, with the “SS1” bird, with a time of 20,320 seconds, followed by “F3” with the “SH30” bird, with 20,491 seconds, then Rashid Nawaf Al Matroushi, with the “SH13” bird, with a time of 21,173 seconds, and winning Saudi Hamid bin Barghash Al Mansouri, the second main round, Jernas, with the “small” bird, with a time of 20,658 seconds, followed by Omran Faleh Al Nuaimi, with the “decisive” bird, with 20,926 seconds, then Saeed Hilal Al Mansouri, with the “stubborn” bird, with 20,956 seconds.

The Union General Budget Committee discusses the financial performance of the federal government

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, chaired yesterday the eighth meeting of the Union General Budget Committee, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by His Excellency Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, His Excellency Muhammad bin Hadi Al Husseini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, His Excellency Khalid Muhammad Salem Balama Al Tamimi, Governor of the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates, in addition to representatives of the Ministry of Finance.
During the meeting, the committee discussed a number of issues, the most important of which was the cash flows of the federal government for the fiscal years 2022-2023 in light of the revenues collected during the fiscal year 2022, and forecasts of expected revenues for the fiscal year 2023.
The committee reviewed the financial position of the federal government for the fiscal year 2022 in light of the actual expenditures and revenues that took place during the year 2022, as the indicators reflect the national economic growth and the recovery of the activities of the various economic sectors in the country. The committee also recommended taking the necessary measures in this regard.
The Committee discussed the requests of the federal authorities regarding the supplementary budget for the fiscal year 2023, in addition to reviewing the developments of the approved capital projects that were completed during the fiscal year 2022, and the development projects being implemented during the fiscal year 2023, in accordance with the applicable financial policies and procedures.
New Year’s Eve celebrations in the UAE… dazzling fireworks displays from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — From Dubai to Abu Dhabi and Ras al-Khaimah, celebrations spread across the United Arab Emirates, welcoming the new year 2023.
In Dubai, many places witnessed musical and fireworks displays, the most prominent of which was from the Burj Khalifa, the tallest skyscraper in the world.
The UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, also witnessed similar displays of fireworks, as part of the activities of the Sheikh Zayed Festival in the New Year celebrations.
Meanwhile, Ras Al Khaimah organized huge fireworks shows that stretched for kilometers along the waterfront of the emirate.

Iraqi singer Kazem El Saher has finished preparing his new album, to be ready for release next year 2023.
He said in an interview with the “MBC trending” program before he went up to the Dubai Opera stage as part of the activities of the Dubai Shopping Festival, that he had finished contracting the album and was waiting for his name to be chosen.
Kazem El-Saher expressed his love for the audience and his enthusiasm for meeting them, especially following they exchanged love and appreciation for him and for art.
And he wished that the year 2023 would be the year of love and peace.
Kazem El Saher is preparing to meet his fans in Lebanon, on December 30th.
