On October 28th of this year, the cult album “Never Mind The Bollocks, Here’s The Sex Pistols” celebrates its 35th birthday. Perhaps the most important, but certainly the most groundbreaking punk album in music history is still considered an eruptive memorial to a pre-internet hype that changed the music world forever, not only in Great Britain in particular. The managerial genius Malcolm McLaren cast four different but above all destroyed characters, conquered the world with his partner Vivienne Westwood from his London fashion boutique “Sex” and with the Sex Pistols destroyed the sublimity of the successful but unapproachable prog rock, at least temporarily and also made hard and blues rock legends look like mummies. The incredibly short but all the more legendary career of the band has already been squeezed between two book covers by all members – guitarist Steve Jones was the last in 2017. His autobiography “My Sex Pistols Story” is finally being published in German for the album anniversary.

Watch .. What happened to “Hyde Park” in London as a result of high temperatures
Al-Marsad newspaper: A video clip documented the transformation of Hyde Park in London into a barren land as a result of the high temperatures.
The video showed the garden, the green planting disappeared from it and turned into barren land.
Britain is witnessing a record high temperature, and a large area of eastern England, from Surrey to South Yorkshire, recorded temperatures ranging between 39 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius.
Videos documented the blazes in the trees in Ipswich, while several fire services reported major accidents following the fires escalated due to the high heat.
Britain’s Heathrow Airport has decided to limit the number of passengers traveling from it to 100,000 people per day, 4,000 fewer than the expected daily number, a day following dozens of flights were cancelled.
Heathrow, like other British and European airports that have been mired in chaos for months due to flight cancellations, other delays, long queues and problems with baggage delivery, is struggling to accommodate the resumption of demand, mainly due to a shortage of staff.
Heathrow general manager John Holland-Kaye said in a statement: “An average of approximately 1,500 tickets out of the 4,000 (cancelled) tickets were sold per day, so we are asking our affiliate companies to stop selling tickets for the summer to mitigate the impact on passengers.”
He pointed out that some important sections of the airport suffer from a significant shortage of staff, “especially the staff on the ground who are employed by airlines” to manage and handle baggage registration.
On Monday, Heathrow Airport canceled 61 flights, following some airlines were asked at the end of June to reduce scheduled flights.
Airlines such as British Airways, US Air and EasyJet have recently canceled thousands of flights this summer to fit their flight schedules with reduced staff.
Britain.. 800 flights canceled amidst shortage of crews
July 6, 2022 08:49
British Airways has canceled an estimated 800 additional flights from its summer schedule, as the company seeks to reduce last-minute cancellations amid persistent crew shortages and long queues at airports, Bloomberg News reported.
The cancellations, along with the cancellation of regarding 8,000 flights announced last May, mean that the IAGSA unit has reduced its flight schedule by 11% through October.
The move follows the UK’s decision to scrap rules requiring airlines to use or miss landing and take-off sites the following season.
A British Airways spokesperson said by email: “As the entire airline industry continues to grapple with the most difficult period in its history, it is sadly necessary that further reductions be taken.”
He added, “We are communicating with customers to apologize and allow re-booking or full refund of the price of flights.”
