“Thanks to coordinated work between the Secretariat and the Santa Mónica hospital, through the Collective Intervention Plan (PIC), it was possible to have trained personnel to visit all the neighborhoods, communes and townships of the Municipality, to apply this vaccine free of charge. that protects both animals and people.”
