The truth about the video of the arrest of the Ukrainian President “Zelensky” by Russian forces

Al-Marsad newspaper: Social media pioneers circulated a video clip that achieved a high viewership, along with a comment saying that it documents the Russian army’s storming of the home of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
However, Agence France-Presse confirmed that the video was “inaccurate”, as it dates back to 2016, and was used in reports related to the raid that led to the arrest of Mexican drug lord Joaquin (El Chapo) Guzmán.
The video, which has a duration of two minutes and 43 seconds, shows a group of armed men in uniform storming a house.
The caption, published in Bengali, was translated into English as follows: “Video of Russian forces storming the home of the Ukrainian president.”
But the American newspaper, “The Wall Street Journal” previously published the video titled: “The Raid on the El Chapo House” on January 13, 2016.
Russian club Zenit prepares to defend former Ukraine captain

The Saint Petersburg football club is preparing to defend the interests of coach Anatoly Timoshuk at the Court of Arbitration for Sport “CAS”, according to TASS.
The Ukrainian Football Federation’s Ethics and Fair Play Committee stripped Timoshuk of his professional coaching license on Friday, as well as all the awards and honors he received from the state as a football player, due to the fact that Timoshuk continued to work at Zenit following the complications of the situation between Russia and Ukraine.
Saint Petersburg said in an official statement: “Timushuk is a great professional who has a professional position in every country in which he has played as a player or worked as a coach. There is no doubt regarding his training qualifications, the same applies to his human qualities.”
“We believe that the decisions taken by the Ukrainian Football Federation’s Ethics and Fair Play Committee were not considered and are a sign of political manipulation.”
He concluded: “We also want to remind that football should remain away from politics and not be part of politics. Zenit is ready to defend the interests of its coach in (CAS).”
The 42-year-old holds the record for the most Ukrainian player to play in international matches (144 matches).
Timoshuk was one of the winners of the European Champions League with Bayern Munich in 2013, where he spent 4 years in the German League championship, as he previously played with the Zenit team, from 2007 to 2009 and from 2013 to 2015, which he returned to once more in 2016 to work as an assistant Zenit coach.
A former US general surprises the Russians with a “shocking” statement about Russian forces in Ukraine

Al-Marsad newspaper: Retired US general, Paul Eaton, said that Russian ground forces in Ukraine were “unexpectedly inept”.
He continued, “Estimates show that the number of Russian soldiers killed is close to half of all losses by the Soviet Union in Afghanistan,” adding, “They were not able to carry out joint arms maneuvers, and they cannot resupply their ground forces,” according to “CNN”.
The Russians added, “Greatly underestimated their enemy, made it difficult to move in Ukraine, and we see this unfolding in Ukraine on a daily basis.”
