The General Administration of Highways of the Ministry of Communications repaired overnight. There are 3 loaders and 2 excavators on the 7th line 87.5K to the west end for disaster relief; Taiwan 7A line 0K+500 has 2 excavators at the west end and 1 loader at the east end. One excavator and two ends were rescued at the same time.
At 0:15 a.m. today, the Taiwan-Qijia Line will be opened, and the passenger car will be allowed to pass through. The evacuation route of the small passenger cars is planned to be from the Tai-Qijia Line to Taipingshan, and then to Yi-51 Line to drive towards Yilan. However, there is good news from the General Administration of Highways at 0:00 today. The engineers have already rushed to the sidewalk and opened up the trapped vehicles to pass towards Qilan. They can be evacuated by the Yi51 line. At 1:10, all vehicles will leave via the sidewalk. At the collapse site, they got out of trouble at 01:30 around Jingyi Line 51; Chinese and Pakistani passengers were assisted by official vehicles from the General Administration of Highways and the Fire Department to reach Luodong Station at 5:00 in the morning, and all people and vehicles escaped the trouble.
