The General Administration of Highways of the Ministry of Communications repaired overnight. There are 3 loaders and 2 excavators on the 7th line 87.5K to the west end for disaster relief; Taiwan 7A line 0K+500 has 2 excavators at the west end and 1 loader at the east end. One excavator and two ends were rescued at the same time.

At 0:15 a.m. today, the Taiwan-Qijia Line will be opened, and the passenger car will be allowed to pass through. The evacuation route of the small passenger cars is planned to be from the Tai-Qijia Line to Taipingshan, and then to Yi-51 Line to drive towards Yilan. Taiwan 7A line 0K+500, the original landslide volume was 5000 cubic meters, originally scheduled to be cleared at 11:00 p.m. on the 16th, in order to protect the passage of people and vehicles, and the 51 line should be retreated, but at 8:50 p.m. , the landslide volume increased to 20,000 cubic meters, and it was confirmed that it could not be cleared at 11 o’clock at night.

However, there is good news from the General Administration of Highways at 0:00 today. The engineers have already rushed to the sidewalk and opened up the trapped vehicles to pass towards Qilan. They can be evacuated by the Yi51 line. At 1:10, all vehicles will leave via the sidewalk. At the collapse site, they got out of trouble at 01:30 around Jingyi Line 51; Chinese and Pakistani passengers were assisted by official vehicles from the General Administration of Highways and the Fire Department to reach Luodong Station at 5:00 in the morning, and all people and vehicles escaped the trouble.
