Voters end up as polling station officials: INE
At 9:10 in the morning the National Electoral Institute (INE) Tamaulipas reports the installation of more than 700 boxes in the 43 municipalities of Tamaulipas towards the election of senator of the Republic.
This was reported by the executive member of INE Tamaulipas, Sergio Iván Ruiz Castellot, when highlighting the lack of polling booth officials, people from the queue are being taken in some polling booths, people from the queue are invited and in other cases the substitutes are there because it is delaying a bit the beginning
“We have more than 700 boxes installed, we have not had any serious incidents, we have something that when they arrived they had trouble installing it. There are polling stations that have already opened or others with people trained early with a good sign and there is an expectation that the public was not well informed but it is”.
The first cut must be at 11 in the morning at the latest
