(Alliance News) – Tamburi Investment Partners Spa announced on Monday that it had repurchased 34,318 of its own ordinary shares between June 19 and June 23.
The shares were acquired at an average price of 9.1549 euros per share, for a total value of 314,179.10 euros.
To date, the company holds 17.5 million treasury shares, or 9.5% of its share capital.
TIP shares closed Monday down 0.2%, at 9.16 euros per share.
