The sectionals of Neuquén capital and Plottier of the ATEN teachers union openly called for a conference to discuss various issues of interest to the sector. It will take place this Wednesday the 21st at CEF N°1 in Roca y Brentana.
On the agenda will be the political situation, the panorama of the initial and primary levels, the educational reform in the middle, summaries and waivers and actions to follow to reinforce the claim.
The general secretary of ATEN capital, Angélica Lagunas, explained to this medium that the “unified day and assembly seeks to take definitions together with the compañeros and compañeras”in turn urging the provincial leadership, led by Marcelo Guagliardo, to “make a call for an assembly for all the sectionals.”
The measure, of great internal and union content, seeks according to Lagunas to expose that the provincial leadership of ATEN “is making decisions for all affiliates instead of fighting us.”

The meeting will take place in the midst of a convulsed context due to allegations of sexual abuse of teachers in kindergartens that confronted teachers and families of students in statements.
