Moscow/Kyiv/Paris – The transmission of a speech by Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin on Russian state television has been temporarily interrupted on Friday. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov later spoke of technical problems. It was only following several minutes that the coverage of the performance at Moscow’s Luzhniki Stadium continued. In front of tens of thousands of people, Putin praised the “special military operation” in Ukraine. He stressed that all plans would be implemented.
