Smartphone manufacturer Tecno’s next-generation Phantom X2 series will be released next month.

On the 22nd (local time), Techno announced at a webinar held in London that the ‘Phantom X2’ series would be released in Dubai on December 7th.

The successor to the Phantom X series released in April of last year, the ‘Phantom X2’ series will be equipped with improved camera functions compared to the previous one, Techno said.

Inside, it is equipped with a Dimensity 9000 processor, which significantly improves performance over the previous generation model Helio G95. The chipset is powered by the TSMC 4nm process and features one Cortex-X2 core clocked up to 3GHz, three A710 cores clocked up to 2.85GHz, and four power-efficient cores clocked up to 1.8GHz.

Meanwhile, the first-generation Phantom X is equipped with a 6.7-inch full HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 4700mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, and a rear triple camera with a 50MP main camera.
