Citizens of the Dominican Republic are shocked by the death of the adolescent 16 years old, emerald richiez, who died, bled to death in the bathroom of her house, at dawn on February 12 after having gone out with three friends, her math teacher and his cousin. The causes and circumstances surrounding her death are full of confusing elements that even the investigative agencies in that country have not been able to clarify.
The young woman was a student at the Higüey Polytechnic Institute. After the event was made known, the Public Ministry requested the arrest of the teacher with whom the minor was, identified as john kelly martinezas they accused him of having subjected Esmeralda Richiez to violent sexual activity.

-The teenager left with her mother’s permission with your math teacher. -Professor John Kelly Martínez assures that when he left Esmeralda Richiez at home “she was fine”, while her parents noticed that she was very pale and bleeding, but she insisted that this was only due to menstruation.
-Everyone in the teenager’s house went to sleep. The next morning the girl’s parents found her dead on the bathroom floor of her residence. According to the expert report, she died of a hemorrhagic shock due to vaginal tear.
– “At 6:30 am, when I open the door, I look at the bed full of blood, we go to the bathroom, we see her lying on the ground; I move her and she was stiff”, the father of the minor told CNN.
