The Court has attached the sanction to a five-year suspended sentence for what goes beyond preventive detention, on the condition of undergoing psychological treatment and no longer approaching the victim. The convict is deprived of his rights for a period of five years with, in addition, the prohibition to work or to be a member of organizations or associations which could put him in contact with minors.

The facts date from the night of October 5 to 6, 2018 during a birthday party that took place in Athus. The birthday party was supposed to be between girls, but five boys showed up. Alcohol and smoke helping, the victim, unaccustomed to excesses, was sick and went to bed very early to try to recover. One of the boys snuck into her room and abused her.
