It is undeniably one of the most anticipated games of this month of January, and for good reason! Tekken 8 promises to be strong, both technically and artistically as well as in terms of its content. Moreover, after giving us a demo which allows players to discover some fighters, Bandai Namco has decided to release, at the start of 2024, a trailer focused on the story. A video that we presented by Brian Cox (The Sixth Sense, Troy, Braveheart…), just that!
This trailer skillfully mixes images from the eighth episode, while building on the old ones. We therefore find, with pleasure and nostalgia, extracts from the first game (in particular) which, let us remember, will celebrate its thirty years in 2024! A nice gesture, therefore, for this emblematic fighting game license which should offer us a lot of new features and content. We also take this opportunity to remind you that the Tekken 8 roster includes 32 fighters, that a campaign mode will be present (while being the longest in the series), that destructible elements will be present in the arenas and, finally, that an “arcade quest” mode will take its first steps. In short, very nice things for a game which is expected on January 26, 2024 on Xbox Series X|S.
