Télé-Lille invents regional television in 1950

This is a landmark first in the history of television! On April 10, 1950, for the first time, television images were broadcast outside Paris, for 3 hours and 30 minutes, using a high-definition television transmitter located in Lille.

This experience gave birth to the regional channel Télé-Lille. It is the first regional television and the ancestor of FR3 Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
