Tempi: Free conditional employee of ERGOSE – 2024-04-13 14:30:47

An ERGOSE executive who is being prosecuted for felonies and misdemeanors that led to the Tempe train wreck, he was released after his confession to the appellant investigator.

Specifically, he was charged with the felony of disturbing the safety of transportation by acts, actions, and omissions and with the misdemeanors of manslaughter, serious bodily injury, and slight bodily injury by serial negligence.

According to larissanet.gr, the executive after his marathon apology to the investigator which lasted about 8 hours was released with the restrictive condition of not leaving the country.

A total of 16 employees of ERGOSE are under criminal investigation for their role in the fatal accident and so far the apologies of three executives have been completed. We remind them that the prosecution concerns the non-implementation of the 717 contract.

Today, Friday, the apology of a high-ranking executive – a former managing director – was also scheduled – however, due to the advanced time, he was given a new deadline.

In the coming week, four more executives of the organization are expected to apologize
