Thanh Hoa Provincial Police informed that at around 10:50pm on January 12, 2023, Patrol Team 282 – Tho Xuan District Police consisted of 9 comrades led by Captain Nguyen Viet Son, Deputy Chief of Police of Sao Vang Town, Tho Xuan District. Acting as the team leader who is on patrol to ensure security and order in the area. During the patrol and control process, the working group conducted an inspection of the karaoke bar “The rendezvous point” in Xuan Tam neighborhood, Sao Vang town, Tho Xuan district.
At the time of inspection, the police force discovered Trinh Thi Thoan (born 1982, in Xuan Tam neighborhood, Sao Vang town as the owner), Vi Thi Thu Thuy (SN 2002, in Na Meo commune, Quan Son district). and 6 others were singing Karaoke in Room 2 of the singing shop.
Do karaoke bar “Meeting Point” being temporarily suspended because business conditions have not been ensured, the patrol team asked Thoan and everyone to stop singing to clarify the observance of the provisions of the law in business activities. However, instead of obeying, the two subjects Thoan and Thuy cursed and used beer bottles to throw at the patrol team, injuring two commune police officers.
Currently, two subjects, Thoan and Thuy, are being held in criminal custody for investigation of the act of “against public official” according to regulations.
