An application for a valet permit must be completed by any person who wishes to operate a valet parking service in the public right-of-way or on private property that requires the use of the public right-of-way to maneuver vehicles.
A joint application for a valet parking service may be made to serve two or more locations located in close proximity to the proposed valet pick-up/drop-off area.
