Ten things to know about – Fanfan Rwanyindo Kayirangwa, formerly of Commercial Bank of Rwanda and until then Minister of Labor and of the Civil Service of Rwanda, is expected in Abidjan on October 1 to take up her duties as deputy director general of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and regional director for Africa of the institution.

The fight against child labor, lobbying pour more social justice and decency at work among employees and employers are all projects left to him by his predecessor, the Nigerian Cynthia Samuel-Olonjuwon, appointed ILO representative to the United Nations in New York.
