Heritage Days “saw many more people than last year”specifies Joan-Lluis Mas, head of the Terra dels Avis Association (TdA), “permanently and two-thirds renewed, from the entire department”. Between visiting exhibitions of agricultural parts (of which only a third is currently visible) and watching videos of the last four years of activity (sustained exhibitions, theme days, rides in old vehicles, etc.), the emphasis is focused on sustainable development, particularly regarding eco-friendly manufacturers and materials. Note the remarkable exhibition of tools transformed metallurgically by Henri Paillisé. Terra dels avis always surprises with its knowledge of rooting, in a noble and solid past, the varied expressions of modernity and the future.
