Frightening dashcam footage captured the moment an upstate New York driver collided head-on with a snow plow while trying to pass another truck.
The snowplow was traveling on a two-lane road in the North Country when the headlights of a black sedan passing a tractor-trailer appeared in front of him, the New York Post reports.
The small car desperately tried to accelerate and pass the tractor-trailer, but was unable to gain enough ground in the slush to complete its maneuver.

According to information from the New York Post, that’s when the sedan swerved, crushing its side and trunk directly into the snowplow.
Fortunately, no one was injured in this terrifying accident.
