Territorial continuity and its mechanisms scrutinized

At the beginning of March, a delegation of senators was in Guadeloupe as part of a mission to explore the policy of territorial continuity. Catherine Conconne, Senator from Martinique, and Guillaume Chevrollier, Senator from Mayenne, both co-rapporteurs, gave an update on their first conclusions.
