Test drive of buses for Qatar World Cup tomorrow

Doha: Test drive of Qatar World Cup buses tomorrow. Muwasalat has planned a day-long test drive involving 1300 buses.

It is estimated that around 1.5 million fans from different parts of the world will arrive in Qatar to enjoy the World Cup football matches, and all of them need to have impeccable travel facilities. Trips to Qatar stadiums are planned using metro and public transport.

Muwasalat is in charge of bus services. Muwassalat has planned an extensive test drive of bus services ahead of the World Cup. The test drive will connect Aljanub and Al Bait stadiums. The test drive is planned with 13,000 buses on nine routes operating round-the-clock tomorrow, with buses stopping at all stops like during the World Cup. Electric buses have also been brought to Qatar as part of reducing carbon pollution. More than 3000 buses will be on the road for fans to travel during the World Cup.
