The recent earthquake that shook the Al Haouz region left no one indifferent.
Faced with this tragedy, Tetra Pak is making its contribution to the surge of national solidarity.
As a global leader in sustainable food packaging, and in the first days following the disaster, Tetra Pak made the decision to actively support relief efforts by donating UHT milk units in partnership with its dairy customers , to the affected population.
These shelf-stable products will provide valuable nutritional support to those who need it. Additionally, Tetra Pak partnered with the Moroccan Red Crescent non-profit humanitarian organization to help nearly 200 people in the Taroudant region whose homes were destroyed by the earthquake. Together they will work to provide prefabricated houses, providing safe and temporary shelter from the cold to those who have lost their homes. At the same time, Tetra Pak employees wanted to participate personally and voluntarily in these actions by making their contribution and visiting certain douars in the Taroudant region.
