The Technical Agency for Information on Hospitalization (Atih) makes available each year the key figures for hospitalization in France, resulting from the medicalization of information systems program. These summary data provide an overall view of the activity of health establishments in terms of number of patients, stays and days and allowing comparisons with previous years.
See in particular the figures for psychiatry (by type of hospitalization, reasons for hospitalization with a focus on care without consent and ambulatory activity of public establishments) and chronic addictions
