To keep all fans of this documentary in suspense – more than 4 million views of the first 4 seasons, this 5th season will offer a new format, namely a web series with a new episode every 2 months.
Just a few months after the creation of the “Team BNP Paribas Young Talents” program, BNP Paribas offered to discover some of the gems of this program, as part of a documentary entitled “Bleu Horizon”. A daring bet to follow the evolution of these young talents, aged 12 to 18, in their journey, sometimes chaotic but so unique, towards the highest level.
During the first season, we discovered in particular the young Arthur Cazaux, 16 years old, NBA and motorcycle fan, who confided in his dream of world top 100 and his admiration for Rafael Nadal, whose photos adorn the walls of his family room. So, when 5 years later, Arthur reached the 1/8th of the Australian Open and climbed to 81st place in the world, his best ranking, under the always watchful eye of directors Clément Chauveau and Fabien Douillard, the documentary Bleu Horizon makes sense. This 5th season takes us into Arthur Cazaux’s preparation for Melbourne but also into the daily lives of 3 other players:
– Ksenia Chateau, originally from Marseille, world wheelchair tennis prodigy, world No. 1 Junior (winner of the US Open Junior) and world No. 34 at 17 years old. She is doing everything she can to achieve her dream of participating in the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
– Gabriel Debru18 years old, from Grenoble, 327th in the world, winner of Roland-Garros Junior 2022. Gabriel is now trained by Ricardo Piatti, former coach of Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner.
– Jenny Lim, 19 years old, originally from Paris, 572nd in the world. She won her second professional title in Guadeloupe in January. Jenny has been followed since season 2 of “Bleu Horizon”.
