Next, Mr. Cuong sent an application to the People’s Procuracy of District 6, asking for compensation for wrongdoing and restoration of honor. Having not received a response, he sent a petition to the District 6 People’s Court with newly collected documents and was accepted by this agency.

The court’s judgment also determined that Mr. Cuong and his two brothers were victims in the illegal arrest, detention and detention caused by the above group of officials.
