The customer service said that the man used the plug-in script to play the game to destroy the balance of the game, so he could not help him unblock it.

Xu Nan said that he did not open a plug-in, and he sued the Beijing Internet Court, hoping that the game company could help unblock it. According to the information provided by the game company to the court, Xu Nan played for 441 hours in 20 days from March 3 to 22, 2021, almost uninterrupted. After the court’s trial, the judge believed that Xu Nan’s continuous play for 441 hours exceeded the normal range and violated the physiological laws of human beings, so he dismissed his request to unblock his account. After the news came to light, netizens left messages one after another, “I think the game platform is very responsible, and it made you quit video games successfully”, “441 hours of playing games, if you don’t eat or drink, you won’t be able to play without being banned. It’s well sealed. This kind of game company is a conscience company”, “Who can play for a long time, you are a fairy”.
