What is not made visible or counted, does not exist. Making audiences aware of the most complex issues in society is one of the many challenges that screenwriters and filmmakers face. Traditional TV continues to be a scenario for the construction of identities and imaginaries.

Some artists and decision-makers tend to think that cultural, ethical, and aesthetic values ​​are contents to be disseminated in one program or another, when in reality they should be a practice, which deserves to endure systematically in the television narrative in an attractive way.

None has to be an edifying didactic and sociological compendium, it is enough that it defends one of the greatest virtues of art: encouraging the unease that makes us think about what we do and how we do it without losing the humility of those who learn something every day.

Creators must insist on addressing and transmitting implicit rules of conduct in stories designed to enjoy entertainment productively.

The careful attention to the dialogues, the ability to recognize the dramaturgical ingenuity, the acting interpretation are unavoidable; these elements can in no way be missing from audiovisual shows.

These require from each viewer a committed reading intelligence. The TV establishes relationships of complicity, closeness, in which we pay little attention, although it is always there, talking to us while looking into our eyes, and enters our privacy without modesty. In it, the sensation of immediacy predominates, the possibility of expressing the everyday.

It is impossible to develop contemporary culture without mass audiences. Regardless of the different ways of seeing and appreciating the family, it must continue to discriminate between communication products, remain immersed in a dynamic process that even takes the industry by surprise. Cultural values ​​can never be displaced, since from childhood they give meaning to our existence.
