Actress Ilham Shaheen fell into a fit of tears, during her honor ceremony at the Cairo Forum for Arab Cinema and Drama, headed by director Dr. Ashraf Abul-Naga.
In cooperation with the Film Writers and Critics Association, in a major celebration entitled How to Make History, an inspiration mixture.
Elham in her speech after showing a documentary film about her long artistic career, that she tired a lot, and exposed her family to fatigue and difficulties that no one can bear.
She said, “My family was tired with me and I was threatened, but I did not care about myself, but I was worried about my family and I did not make a difference with me. I die and my life ends. I am fortunate with them and my friends and this is the biggest wealth I have obtained and I do not know how to live except in the artistic community. I spent my life in art and lived with them more than my family and my life came back.” There are many personalities, and I was enjoying the most fun for me.”
It is noteworthy that Ilham Shaheen had revealed during her honor that she was preparing to shoot two new films, so that the number of her films would be 103 films, as her last film was titled Curfew, which was No. 101 in her artistic career, which won dozens of awards.
