The “Asian” adopts the UAE curriculum for the goalkeeper coaches diploma

The Education and Training Committee of the Asian Football Confederation has approved the goalkeeper coaches diploma curricula for the foundational and advanced levels presented by the Football Association for the purpose of achieving the independence of local education for all training courses, which are organized to qualify football coaches in the country, in accordance with the standards and requirements of the Confederation.
The Technical Department of the Football Association had worked during the last period to develop Emirati educational curricula for the courses of goalkeeper coaches, benefiting from the experiences of national coaches and lecturers in the training centers of the Federation, who succeeded within seven months in developing an integrated curriculum, commensurate with Emirati football and in line with With the development of football activity in Asia.
The Education and Training Committee of the AFC officially approved the Emirati curricula after a careful evaluation process for those curricula.
Mohammed Abdullah Hazam Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of the Football Association, praised the efforts of the technical management, national coaches and lecturers, and their keenness to develop Emirati football and qualify club coaches according to advanced educational curricula, stressing that the thoughtful preparation of the curricula contributed to the Football Association achieving the independence of local education for the Asian courses (A-B- C), according to the agreement signed between the UAE and Asian federations in December 2019.
